1. Purchase
• Image118 facilitates the purchase of items from Japan, including limited-edition and specialty products. For special requests, contact us directly.
2. Purchase
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• Orders cannot be modified, combined, or canceled once confirmed.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout—no refunds for missed discounts.
• Order confirmation emails serve as receipts but do not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
3. Payment
• Payments are accepted via PayPal or credit card (USD only) and must be processed before orders are fulfilled.
4. Shipping & Address Policy
• Orders ship strictly to the provided address—no refunds for incorrect addresses.
• Customers cover postage for returned mail unless due to our error.
• Unclaimed returned packages after 60 days become property of Image118.
5. Taxes & Customs
• California residents must pay applicable sales tax.
• Customers outside California are responsible for Use Tax & Customs Fees.
• Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded; additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
6. Delivery
• Orders require 2-5 business days to be sourced and shipped. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
• Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days.
• Limited or high-demand collections may require extra processing time.
7. Liability
• We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows “Delivered.”
8. Damaged or Defective Items
• Report damages or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• We will assess and offer a resolution, including replacements or refunds for incorrect shipments.
9. Refunds & Exchanges
• We allow refunds and Exchanges before order is sourced, all sales are final after the order is Sourced
• No returns or exchanges for dissatisfaction, or other personal reasons. Unless it’s cause by us. Contact us before ordering for assistance.
• Full refunds are issued only if an item is out of stock.
10. Disputes & Service Rights
• Image118 reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
